Warranty
Aryan Pakteen Sahar Ltd offers all our valuable clients One year free parts replacement warranty for all the new diagnostic instruments that we offering. In addition, we also provide one-year free maintenance services for the entire instruments sold by our company which are covered under warranty period. Our head office technical staff as well teams operating at our Sub-Offices provide full back up support services all 7 days a week. Our support teams are just a phone call/click away.
Maintenance
We have locally and internationally trained personnel to provide repair and maintenance services for most of the Laboratory Diagnostic Instruments being installed inside the country of Afghanistan. Every year Aryan Pakteen Sahar Ltd investing a certain sum while sending its Technical Staff to get foreign trainings and thus provide our clients best possible quality maintenance and repair services for their lab instruments. Spares parts and maintenance services are available for below mentioned instruments.
Training
We also provide training facilities to the personnel of Clinical Labs either working in Private or Public sector. Training facilities normally comprises of the following.

- Basic Hematology
- Operating training for a specific Clinical Diagnostic Instrument
- Hardware/Electronics
- Quality Control Procedures while performing clinical lab tests.
